Andy Viera-Rivera is a licensed attorney in New York and Puerto Rico and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. His practice focuses on immigration litigation, asylum law, removal defense, humanitarian relief, family-based immigration, and appellate advocacy. Prior to founding The Viera Law Firm, he served as an Assistant Chief Counsel with the Department of Homeland Security, where he represented the government in removal proceedings before the Immigration Courts.
